Negotiations

EACC is the exclusive representative for all certificated employees in the Charles County Public Schools. We negotiate salary, work hours, benefits, and working conditions for two units –

The EACC is also charged with enforcing the contract, through informal processes, grievances, and arbitration.

While all employees are covered by the negotiated agreement, and EACC must represent them regardless of membership status, yet only dues-paying EACC members can participate on the Negotiations Committee or vote on the contract.
