Leslie Schroeck has a B.S. in Secondary Education – Mathematics from Slippery Rock University and a M.Ed. in Guidance and Counseling from Bowie State University. She began her teaching career in Charles County in 1990 and worked as a math teacher at Benjamin Stoddert and Mattawoman Middle Schools before becoming a school counselor at La Plata High School in 1997. In 2013 she became the High School Resource Teacher at La Plata High School. She has served EACC as a building representative for nearly 20 years and a member of the Executive Board from 1997-2000. She currently is the Treasurer and the chair of the Negotiations Committee.
