Ronda Goldman

“Ronda Goldman-Thompson has been teaching for over 13 years and has served in the ecumenical, independent, and now public sectors of Education. She advocates for the initiatives that support Educators such as: fair pay and benefits, inclusive workplaces, bargaining and Educator voice. She champions initiatives that position Educators to guide policy and set budgets at Federal, State, and Local levels.
She also serves as Vice President of Goldman Enterprises, Inc. and the Founder/Executive Director for A Taste of Southern Maryland, a farm-to-table company that promotes local food and producers through a technology based platform. She is the 2010 recipient of the Toni Niessen Hall Award for leadership in the community and the 2007 recipient of the Kiernan Summer Grant Award to study International Business (Oxford, England) in a joint program offered by California Baptist College and Oxford University. When she is not developing children and businesses, she enjoys gardening, cooking, and singing.
