Cameron Ashbaugh is a 6th year teacher at Theodore G. Davis Middle School. Originally from Pennsylvania, Cameron went to Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP), where he got his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Vocal Performance. After moving to Maryland and working for Charles County, Cameron was able to earn his teaching certificate in Music Education and MS Language Arts from Trinity University. He also just finished his Master of Science in Teaching, Learning, and Curriculum from Drexel University. Cameron has worked as 6th Team Leader, Drama Club Coordinator, PBIS Team Member, EACC Building Representative, and Early Career Educator Team. In addition to his local union, he is on the Teacher Prep and Continuing Education Advisory Board for MSEA’s President’s Council as well as a representative to both the MSEA and NEA Annual Conventions.
